  VERY IMPORTANT BBQ QUESTION

  to all you experts (men of course) .

  we have a gas bbq fitted with a lid, now i think the food should be cooked with the lid open cos i think with it shut , it just steams the food.

  my hubby insists it should be kept closed when cooking cos it loses the heat.

  Lid on, yes it will "keep the heat on the meat" the steam that is created from cooking is not that much so its not like you are steaming your food, and the steam rises to the top anyway.

  What little things get you upset?

  i get upset very fast, if a product i use since years gets discontinued.

  gee, if the weatherman says it's 75 degrees outside and i know it's 80, i'll phone him and tell him to get a better thermometer or put glasses on.

  often i feel like writting to the mayor and ask him what is he waiting for to pave the streets of the whole city.

  Bikers can relate to this, You are behind a car going about 50mph and he decides that he really needs to clean his windshield. So you get a face full of wiper fluid, not to mention that you now have a bunch of water spots on your clean bike.

  Man I thought there would be tons of them on here, OK I will tell you about something that my cousin (girl) and I would do when we were young, she would call a random number and if someone picked up she would tell them "Hello oh sorry I was looking for the Spouse abuse hotline", then when they would say "no sorry you got wrong number", she would say "oh god he's back" and set the phone down, I would start yelling and we would both hit pots and pans together and she would fake scream then we'd hang up the phone. OK this was before caller ID.

  What charitable works have you done?

  I always give to the Salvations army at least 4 times a year.

  Did a CHOC WALK and helped raised money for Childhood Cancer.

  I used to help out at the senior home were my grandfather was.

  have changed at least 10 tires and helped pushed people from the road when stuck, and even went to get gas for a lady.

  the biggest thing that I have to say that I am proud of I saved 3 kids from a house fire back when I was 16.

  i think some people actually use part of their real name.

  i chose mine because i really feel 'in between', in that space where your not a jw anymore but really haven't figured out where you are in life and what path you want to take.

  OMG this is something I've been trying to change, I am missing an L my User Name is suppose to be WORLDLY ANDRE, but I hit enter before I checked my typing when filling out the registration page. I am such a dumbshit. So to everyone I am suppose to be WORLDLY, not wordly. Anyway I picked that because yes I am WORLDLY, I belong to this world like everyone else, JW don't think they belong to this world they walk around with a arrogant attitude, because the ORG. gives them the feeling like they hold a special knowledge that is giving to only them and no matter what your view point is, if you don't agree with them you must be a follower of Satan.

  Anyway can someone tell me how to fix my username?

  for me yes, about 5 years ago i had to have an emergency operation i lost a lot of blood, and received blood, since it was an emergency i did have to make a choice, but i know if they asked me i would say yes, i probably wouldn't be here today if it was up to my family.

  they have spent countless time and resources to shut down web sites.

  they have tried to answer the blood questions, the ngo questions, many other issues, but have they ever tried to answer the mexican issue?
